I design intake and review processes, build prototypes with AI assistance, and test where the work needs a person involved. These case studies show the decisions behind the tools.
Before choosing a tool, I work out the inputs, the decisions, and what someone needs to do next. My background includes eight years in benefits technology and customer success, where I handled implementations and complex client requirements. That experience shapes how I build: define the work, make it testable, and keep a record of what changed.
Prototypes & process design
An intake and scoring prototype, a review process for AI-assisted development, and an interactive browser tool. Each case study shows my contribution and the project's current limits.
Case studyI designed an intake and scoring workflow around an Airtable data model, then evaluated how to turn those inputs into a personalized report. This internal prototype stopped before launch; the case study distinguishes the working Airtable evidence from the planned and recreated steps.
Case studyFor a game in development, I assigned AI assistants separate research, drafting, and review roles. I kept final approval with a person and created records that connect decisions to the documents they affect.
Case studyI translated flag-football rules and play-design needs into an interactive browser prototype. I directed the AI-assisted build, tested versions, and revised the interface and simulation logic. The tool has not been field-validated or commercially deployed.
